You Lifted my Depression!

When I think back today to how depressed I was when I came to see you, I can hardly believe the difference.

I was living an active, productive life that was clouded with doubt, anxiety, fear and many other self sabotaging behaviors.

I came to you for substance abuse, which you helped me with... but the root of my problem was what could have been diagnosed as clinical depression! I didn't want to go the medication route, because I didn't want to be like every other member of my family... so every day, I got up and "fought the beast" by working and staying busy. But, life was becoming unbearable and by the time I visited you, I had been perscribed one of the "popular" depression medications... but you asked me to wait just 2 days before taking them... and I am so glad I did.

The depression had taken its tole by manifesting in alcohol abuse, fear and border line anxiety attacks. Through your hypnosis techniques, nutrition advice and listening to your tapes (religiously!) I can say that I am a new person on the inside. Most people (except for my closest loved ones) don't even realize the transformation I have gone through... except for the fact that I am happier and more successful. I used to work so hard just to put a smile on my face.... now it is natural and beautiful because I can BE THE HAPPY PERSON I ALWAYS KNEW I WAS!

It's difficult to put into words how much you have helped... but I wanted to put it out there for anyone else to read, in the chance that they are fortunate enough to cross your path.

p.s. It has been almost a year since I have had to listen to the tapes everyday... I never did take the medication (I finally threw it away!) I sincerely believe I have been changed for life!
